Expert Serv’s use of development and design methodologies depends upon, the customer. We do not mandate any specific methodology. The life cycle models followed by projects are decided based upon the scope of the project and the customers' standards and requirements. Following a Standard Life Cycle Model applicable for all projects becomes difficult in such a dynamic situation. Hence, we identify the appropriate generic approach to project management. Each project tailors to the requirements of these phases to suit the specific project needs.

Methodology
Focus Area identification involves initial consultations with the client to identify areas from the Client’s business that are non core and can be serviced optimally through Offshoring. This first step is the most critical of them all and Expert Serv endeavors to get it right the first time in the interest of both parties and to ward of operational complexities going forward.
The Analysis stage involves joint planning with the Client, using Expert Serv’s Front End Methodology, to establish Scope, Expectations, and Service Levels. A broad level process mapping is also done at this stage to ensure that every process step is well documented. This is essential to build understanding of the entire process and is applicable to Data Management as well as Call Center Projects.
Solution Definition defines the detailed solution regarding the process, magnitude of the process, skills required, manpower quantum required, training plan documentation, check points for review, cost dynamics, roles and responsibilities, ramp up considerations.
Testing & Pilot Run is critical as it leads to evaluation of ground level team and technology dynamics. This part allows study of the process in a controlled environment so that risk mitigation can be done before ramp up.
Service Delivery & Continuous Monitoring of Performance Metrics going forward allows benefits of outsourcing translate to positive impact on the Client’s bottomline. Continuous evaluation of resources also leads to stability sooner than expected as well as improved performance on the project.
